Several studies show that EFL novice teachers often feel stress as they encounter shock from the rapid shift of a student to teacher. Stress experienced by occurs because internal or external factors. which cannot be regulated will result in teacher burnout can lead them leave profession. This qualitative study intended investigate teachers’ factors and coping strategies influence their professional identity construction. The data was obtained conducting an in-depth interview with three teachers. findings showed factors, namely, personal, interpersonal, organization Despite feeling stress, demonstrated abilities cope circumstances. participants elaborated how situations well influenced provides some suggestions for future researchers
